How to request deletion
- Email support@ainoxlabs.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".
- Include the app name, your account email, and any relevant subscription or app-store details.
- Ainox Labs will verify the request and process deletion where applicable.
What may be deleted
Account profile information, app account records, and app data connected to the verified account may be deleted where technically available and legally permitted.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or another payment provider. Users should cancel subscriptions through the relevant store account settings.
